1. What is NetPeLibrary.in?
NetPeLibrary is an online book rental Library that delivers thousands of hardcover and paperbacks to your doorstep. Sign up with us and add books to your reading list (We call it ‘My Book Shelf') and we will have them delivered right to your doorstep. Read at your leisure and let us know when you are finished with it; we will deliver the next set of books from your reading list and collect the earlier set again from your doorstep. It's that simple!

3. Can I personally visit NetPeLibrary.in?
Why Not? While you can visit our website anytime; we welcome you to our Library premises anytime within our working hours (Mon to Fri 10am to 6pm). You can pick up and return books at our premises.
We would be glad to show you our vast collection and take pride in showcasing our Process. We would also welcome your feedback in helping us serve you better.
4. What is NetPeLibrary doing to encourage book reading?
While we have taken the first step by using technology to serve your passion for reading; we constantly endeavor to make our website better and user friendly. Our ever increasing collection will surely help satisfying your reading habits.
Like a book? Do write a review on our website. Let bibliophiles like you know what's good. Give ratings to help other members search for books you liked and read them.

We have thousands of English and Marathi fiction books meticulously categorized for easy access. While we offer more than 10 broad categories; these are further divided into more than 40 sub categories to allow you easy access to each book. You can also use the powerful search engine to easily find the book you need.

We aim at servicing the reading habits of anyone and everyone from age 3 to 99 so be assured that we will have something or the other to satisfy your literary cravings.

6. Are these eBooks?
"Ever tried to sleep with your expensive eBook reader on your chest or next to your pillow?" No – we don't want to deprive you of that feeling hence we offer you regular paperback and hardcover books. We know how you like the fresh smell of new books and the touch of paper in your fingers. We hate piracy and offer you only original paperback or hardbound editions.
7. How am I assured of getting my favorite books?
We don't like making false promises of keeping millions of books in our collection. What we however strive for is to satisfy our user needs by handpicking the books based on latest books reviews; best seller lists; most wanted authors and most importantly what you need. However we constantly gauge member demand and order multiple copies of the most popular books so that you don't have to wait for reading your favorite book.

Members are recommended to update their ‘Book Shelf' with their favorite books so that you are assured of getting the books from your favorites.

Don't find a book that you want to read in our collection; please do let us know. We will get the book within 15 days provided the book is commercially available from Indian Publishers and the category of the book falls within our defined categories of service.
8. How do I order for a book?
  • Register on our website (NetPeLibrary.in) using your email id.
  • Select a plan and become a member
  • As soon as your membership is processed (you will receive a confirmation by email or phone) you are ready to order your favorite books (if you have paid by cheque; you can order once the cheque is realized)
  • Browse our selection and select ‘Add to shelf'

That's it! Simple – Isn't it? Even our Grandma does it. Yet need a simpler way – Just call us on +91 98202 22154 or +91 99308 69779 and let us know your request. We will do the needful and ensure that you get the book you need or become a member.
9. How many books can I hold at any time?
It depends on your selected plan.
e.g. if you have opted for a plan which allows you two books at a time; that is the limit of books that you can hold at any given point of time. Need more; simply upgrade the plan.

10. What is My Bookshelf?
Imagine having a rack for yourself where you can choose the books that you want to read; that's what "My BookShelf is all about.

Each member will can add books to the following two shelfs
WishList Shelf: This is the shelf where you can add as many books that you want to read. This will help you make a mini list of yourself and not have to browse the thousands of books available across various categories with us.

Ordered Shelf: Once you have added the required books to your WishList shelf, you can then order the books which you wish to rent along with the priority. Priority is based on the Order in which you would like to read your favorites. We will make every attempt to send you the books from your top priority. However if your top priority book is In Circulation; we will ship the next available book from your Ordered Book Shelf.
11. How do I manage My Bookshelf/Queue?
All the books that you have selected will displayed in the ‘Ordered' or ‘WishList' selection of your Book Shelf.
You can reprioritize the books from the options available by moving them to First in the list or moving them one place up or down. You can also delete the book from this selection.
12. How many Books should I have in the BookShelf?
You can choose as many books as you want in the ‘WishList' Shelf and maximum of 10 books in your ‘Ordered' Shelf.
13. What if I want to read a book that's not in the Library catalogue?
Our best feedback comes from you! Just send us a request for your desired books and we will purchase the same within 15 days provided it's commercially available and falls within our selected category of books.
14. What do you mean by In Circulation?
If other members have already ordered the book; the status will be displayed as ‘In Circulation'. However you can still add your desired book to your BookShelf.
15. Can I retain any book for longer than a stipulated period?
Yes – You can! We don't have any stipulated due date for delivery. However if your subscription has expired you will need to renew your account before getting a new set of books.
We will also send you reminders a week before the expiry of your account so that you can ensure continuation of the services.
16. Do I get to read critics review or synopsis of the books on NetPeLibrary site?
Our research team constantly tries to get you the latest available reviews for the bestsellers. We also provide synopsis for most available books. We also recommend you to write reviews and refer to user reviews and ratings to get more details about the books.
17. Is there a NetPeLibrary forum where readers can share their views.
Yes – Users can write review, share thoughts, provide ratings for the books. You can view this when you click on each book to get more details about the same. You can also follow us on Facebook, Twitter or Google+ and express yourself.
18. How can I search for books on NetPeLibrary site?
Our search is very simple yet effective. You can search by Title, Author or ISBN number.
19. What do I do, if I have lost/damaged a book?
We know that as avid readers; you love books as much as we do. Hence we don't expect you to read the books with Chutney stained hands or in a bath tub or make paper planes with it.

We however realize that Bad Things Happen! In such eventuality we request you to kindly let us know. We would charge you the used price of that book depending on the condition and usage of the book. We request you to promptly pay to ensure continuity of your subscription.
20. What if I find the books delivered to me in damaged condition?
We have a quality check process before delivery to ensure that you don't receive books that have survived a World War! We also keep a track about the condition of the book. However in case you find the condition of the book to be damaged; please inform us either on phone or by sending an email to support@netpelibrary.in within a day of receipt of the book.
21. Can I sell/donate my old books?
We welcome the thought! After all it doesn't help anyone to sell the books to the "Raddiwala" who has no value for such a treasure. We understand the wealth of books and will credit equivalent amount (after arriving at a fair valuation on inspection of the books). Please note that we only accept books in good condition and original titles.
22. Can I purchase books?
Sorry – We don't sell books currently.

23. How do I become a member?
Register on our website using your email id. (Please use the registered email for all correspondence)
You can become a member by selecting a suitable plan and duration (monthly / quarterly / half yearly / yearly) and paying through credit/debit card (Coming soon) or by cheque drawn on "Inspire Bookmark Library". Once your payment is processed; you can start ordering books.
24. Do I have to remember my member ID? Is it a lengthy number like a bank account number?
We don't create a separate member ID for you. Your registered email ID is remains your member ID. Hence please use your frequently accessed email for registration.
25. How can I make changes in my profile?
Your profile contains details such as your login ID, Billing and shipping address, Contact details etc.. You can change them by visiting your profile
26. Is my personal information safe?
Absolutely! We want you to have a peaceful sleep. Be assured that we do not use or sell your personal details to any third party. Or use it for any commercial benefit.
We only use your information for sending you details about NetPeLibrary event / plans / alerts / changes etc..
27. Which Cities/Area is this facility available?
Our aim is to serve all over Mumbai and Thane City limits and we are slowly building our network in that direction. Please check with us for service in your location.
28. Can I put my membership on hold for some period?
Of course you can! Everyone needs a good vacation. (Though we recommend you take your books with you on vacation).
At any time and for any reason, you can choose to put your NetPeLibrary account on hold for a specified duration. Just let us know by sending an email to support@netpelibrary.in.
During that time, you won't receive charges or deliveries.
We will send you a reminder email seven days before your reactivation date. You can contact us at any time if you want to return early or need to extend your holding period.
29. How can I refer a friend?
Like our service, please click our ‘Refer A Friend' button on your "My Account" page. You can also spread the good word over Facebook or Tweet about us to your friends. Don't forget the POTS (Plain Old Telephone System) to call them and let them know about us. We are sure your friends would want to come to us after hearing you; please ask them to provide us with your email ID (username) when they register with us.
30. Tell me about referral scheme?
We appreciate your efforts in spreading the good word and don't want your efforts to go waste. Hence we constantly bring referral schemes to reward you. Please refer to our ‘Refer A Friend' section to learn about the current scheme.
31. Can I gift membership for a fix period?
Yes you can select a plan and duration of the gift membership. The person who has received this valuable gift can continue the membership before its expiration.
32. How do I cancel my membership?
OH! Why do you want to do that? Give us a call when you have the dreaded thought and allow us a chance to convince you otherwise.
However in the eventuality that you need to cancel the membership; just send an email to support@netpelibrary.in from your registered email id or call us on +91 98202 22154 / +91 99308 69779.
Please note that we will refund you the deposit after deducting the charges for lost/ damaged books, if any. If you have cancelled the membership after your due date (and still hold books on your account); we will deduct the current months Membership fee.
33. Help! I forgot my password?
Don't worry – Just click the link ‘Forgot Password'. Your new password will be mailed to you.

PAYMENTS

34. How much do I need to pay to join NetPeLibrary.in?
We offer multiple plans to suit your reading habit and the number of readers in your family. Our current plans start from Rs. 150/- pm
When you opt to be a member of our service you need to pay a One Time Registration fee, a refundable security deposit and the Membership fee depending on your plan selection. To renew your membership, you just need to pay the Plan charges applicable as per your plan.
35. What are the different reader's plans?
We have a variety of simple to understand plans to satisfy a Casual, Avid and Devout reader. Please refer our detailed plan in the "Plan and Prices" section
36. Who pays for the delivery/pickup of books?
You don't have to bother about the cost for delivery and pick up. It's included in your plan.
37. How can I pay for my membership?
You can pay by any of the following means
  • Using your credit / debit card online (Coming soon)
  • By cheque drawn in favor of ‘Inspire Bookmark Library'
  • Cash on Delivery
38. I joined on last day (or week) of the month, do I need to pay per calendar month.
You billing cycle depends on the date of your joining and not calendar month. So if you have joined on the 25th September; you next billing cycle falls due on 24th October.
39. How do I see my billing history?
As soon as you login, your billing history is available to you. It provides you detail with the next due date; how many books you can order this month (balance books - if you have opted for a fixed books plan). You can also get the billing details by clicking on ‘My Account'
40. Will I be charged more if I am late with the monthly payments?
We don't have any late charges. However if your monthly payment is overdue and you renew your subscription later than the due date; the subscription period will still remain as earlier. e.g. If your monthly billing cycle falls due on the 15th of every month and you renew the membership on 25th of that month; the billing cycle will still fall due on 15th.
41. Can I change my plan between billing cycle.
Yes, you can change your plan anytime.
42. How do I get my deposit refund on cancellation?
In the eventuality that you need to cancel the membership; just send an email to support@netpelibrary.in from your registered email id or call us.

Please note that we will refund you the deposit by mail/ courier after deducting the charges for lost/ damaged books, if any. If you have cancelled the membership after your due date (and still hold books on your account); we will deduct the current months Membership fee.
43. Can I rejoin if I had cancelled my membership?
Absolutely! Just send us a mail on support@netpelibrary.in and we will be glad to activate the account. You can also login with your registered username and reactivate your account by selecting the plan and making the payment as per your plan.

DELIVERY/PICKUP

44. Who will deliver/pickup books?
It is NetPeLibrary's responsibility for delivery and pick up of books from your registered address. We either use our own staff or our preferred logistics partner to do the same.
45. Can I track the status of delivery?
Once you have added your preferred books to your bookshelf; we will have them delivered within 24 working hours (3 calendar days). You will receive an email from us when the books are dispatched.
46. Where is NetPeLibrary service available?
Our aim is to serve all over Mumbai and Thane City limits and we are slowly building our network in that direction. Please check with us for service in your location.
47. How often do you deliver/pick up a book?
We don't have a scheduled delivery / pick-up date. You need to schedule a pick up of the set of your books by clicking on ‘Ready for Pickup'. We will collect (pick up) the existing set that you have read and deliver the next set of books at the same time. While scheduling the delivery / pick up you can provide the preferred date option from your BookShelf.
You can also call us and schedule a delivery / pick up.
48. How much time it takes to get a book delivered?
Our committed delivery is within 24 working hours (3 business days). However is some extra ordinary circumstances; we will call you regarding the delay, if any.
49. Once I become a member how soon can I receive the books?
As soon as your subscription order is processed you can start adding favorites to your ‘BookShelf'. We will process your orders immediately and delivery your books within 24 working hours (3 business days).
50. If delivery service is not available in my area can I pay and get service.
Please send us a mail on info@netpelibrary.in or call us regarding the same.
51. How will I get confirmation of return of books?
Once our staff or logistics partner collects the books from you; it's our responsibility. We will however send you an email on receipt of the books.
52. Do I need to return all the books at the same time?
Yes. Your plan determines the set of books that you hold and they need to be returned at the same time.
53. Can I get books delivered on an alternate address?
If you want to permanently change the delivery address, please edit your profile with the new address. However in case this is a one off requirement; please send us a mail when you schedule a delivery / pick up or call us informing the alternate address.
54. What should I do, if a wrong book has been sent to me?
In the event of such error occurring; please call us immediately or send us an email on support@netpelibrary.in informing us of the same. Please do it within a day of the delivery and we will not mark the book on your account (for limited books plan)
55. What should I do, if I return you a wrong book?
Not an issue. Just let us know by calling us or sending us an email and we will return the book and pick up the correct one.
56. What to do if I received a damaged book?
